She then made the non-traditional leap from accounting to human resources at Walt Disney World, training executives at the acclaimed Disney Institute and solving complex organizational development issues across Disney’s parks and resorts. Career three leveraged Sherri’s business and consulting experiences where she was an executive leader for sales recruiting and training teams at several leading vacation ownership organizations.

Timothy Juergensen, D. A.

Principal, Business Development and Delivery

Timothy Juergensen brings to C-Suite Analytics over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development and Talent Management. He is collaborative and energetic, and over the course of his career as both an entrepreneurial consulting business owner and as an internal senior human resources leader (VP/CHRO), has collaboratively designed and led Human Resource and Talent Management functions across the globe in both the private and public sectors, and across multiple industries.

Cutting turnover through helping leaders build trust with their team members has been a hallmark of Tim’s many career accomplishments. In Tim’s most recent position as SVP and CHRO at Covenant Health, he partnered with C-Suite Analytics in leading a cultural transformation where turnover was reduced by over 40% in eighteen months, with a realized savings of over $3.5 million. Specifically, RN and vocational nurse turnover was sustainably reduced from over 30% to just 8.5%.

Tim has numerous certifications including a Six Sigma Black Belt, Leadership and Customer Service Certifications from the Disney Leadership Institute, and certifications in the DDI 360 Leadership Mirror and the Predictive Index Assessment Tool. Tim also is a graduate of DDI’s inaugural class of its highly respected Change Management University.

A little-known fact about Tim . . . he started his career as a professional violinist and orchestral conductor, playing with major symphony orchestras in Indianapolis and Chicago, and touring with the likes of Tony Bennett, Bob Hope, Linda Evans and Doc Severinsen. He’s still fiddling . . . instead of going to the gym!

Bill Cunningham

Technology Director

Bill Cunningham is a serial entrepreneur in the software and technology space. He’s been directly involved with six startups and advised, counseled, and coached hundreds more. Bill spent the first fifteen years of his career focusing on selling and marketing high-technology products with companies such as AT&T, Data General, and Apple Computer. After his corporate career, Bill launched six technology startups.

Bill’s latest venture was his launch of apfelkultur LLC to develop software. Before starting apfelkultur LLC, Bill was Dean of SugarCreekU. He first met CEO Dick Finnegan, who was implementing C-Suite Analytics’ Complete Turnover Strategy as part of SugarCreek’s overall mission to improve employee retention and engagement.

Through their shared experiences, Dick and Bill saw the need for a software-based technology solution that simplifies data entry, tracking, and reporting so clients can continue their successful momentum after the initial retention solution implementation. The result is RetentionTrack®.

Bill has also been an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurial Studies at Xavier University and the Director of the Xavier Entrepreneurial Center.

He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.

Lora Fish, SHRM-SCP

Lora Fish, SHRM-SCP, has 30 years of experience improving employee retention and engagement at all career levels in varied industries including healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, government, and non-profits.

After managing programs that prepared more than 3,000 job seekers to be workforce-ready and seeing the struggle businesses had keeping employees, Lora went looking for better ways to teach businesses how to hold on to their workers. She discovered Dick Finnegan’s book “HR’s Greatest Challenge” and took it a step further by becoming a Certified Stay Interview Expert.

Leveraging her experience and her training, she now works nationwide supporting leaders in their retention and engagement efforts. She connects to her clients and leaders through a down-to-earth style, helping each leader to make a personal connection to the material, garnering active participation, and getting them excited to implement what they have learned. Lora enjoys it most when leaders routinely surprise themselves by how quickly and effectively, they are building their leadership skills through learning how to listen and improving how they support their teams.
