Think of the lost productivity costs of employee turnover as lost sales, customer dissatisfaction, reduced efficiency, lower co-worker morale, or all of the above. The method presented here is a generic way to approximate these costs. This method presumes that all employees contribute to all revenue, directly or indirectly. Each job’s contribution to revenue is based on how much you pay for that job compared to other jobs.
